Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or locate your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
